SIR - Poor old Gordon Brown. It looks like Tony Blair is going to be his boss again if he gets the EU President's job.
Perhaps, though, Her Majesty should be his boss. But then again, that is a constitutional issue.
One thing is sure, Prime Minister, you can't have it both ways.
