SIR - I'm sorry, but I have to comment on Bradford Council's ridiculous farce for a lake in front of City Hall.
Why don't they get their priorities right?
Three years ago they ripped the heart out of the bottom of Bradford in the Broadway area (all those businesses decimated, all the business rates lost) and they carry on like Fred Karno's Army.
If they were in private business they wouldn't last five minutes. God help us.
