Justin the colt foal we rescued (T&A, January 15), while we did everything we could, including having one of our senior volunteers staying in his stable and nursing him through five nights, he had a heart attack and passed away.
We would like to thank everyone for their interest and support during this time.
Unfortunately, these things do happen and under similar circumstances we would do our very best for any horse or pony.
