SIR - Re the letter from Mr Anderson (T&A, December 19) I thought I could tell when someone was speaking tongue in cheek, but I think Mr Anderson is serious.
City of the future? Reinvention of the city centre to mirror the modern world?
Are all world cities going to be bomb sites and populated by charity shops.
