SIR - Reading your article Joy as new shops given go-ahead' (T&A, December 14) there are two pictures - old and new.
The new image is described as the controversial 5Rise development'.
Why controversial? Bingley is desperate for this improvement. The only controversial detail is how long it will take to be completed. Hopefully much sooner than later!
