SIR - I usually, if not always, agree with Mike Priestley's comments in North of Watford, but not in respect of his change of heart over the EU (T&A, December 8).
An ill-advised relationship with the States, in his eyes, not everybody's, is no reason to jump on the EU bandwagon.
In fact, all the more reason not to swap one bad thing for something even worse and which costs us, the taxpayers, billions of pounds to help keep afloat a scandalously corrupt organisation. Think again Mike, I implore you!
