SIR - I would like to nominate the Royal Arcade in Low Street, Keighley, for a blue plaque (T&A, December 3).
Two young men worked for years turning a derelict building into a beautiful arcade of shops, flats and a café. I think that the building is worthy of considering. Beneath the shops and flats there is a street of shops that were built in the Twenties which people can visit by appointment. There is a small charge which goes to a children's charity.
