SIR - What's all the fuss about a city centre lake?
We have one already. It's called the Crown Court car park adjacent to St George's Hall!
Attending the concert there on December 6, we foolishly omitted to bring our wellies and snorkels and were reduced to walking on our heels in order to cross the lake.
Why not bring the rubble from Forster Square to the car park, so that concert-goers can stamp it in as they exit?
Eventually, between us, we should manage to re-surface the car park.
Why do I have to think of everything?
