SIR - It has recently been announced that Bradford based Construction and Development Company, Ham Construction Ltd. has been put into administration with accountancy firm, Grant Thornton (T&A, November 29).
The company was originally set up by me, Bobby Ham, and Allan Ham. It is important to stress the fact and confirm that I retired from the business over six years ago.
Since retirement, I have had no involvement with the company whatsoever. All my shares in the company were sold at the time of my retirement.
I ceased all financial involvement and have had no involvement directly or indirectly with the running of the business since then.
