SIR - Now there are so many immigrants from Europe in Bradford, coming to work here, not as visitors, many of them have brought their cars with them and these are foreign registered.
This raises a couple of questions in my mind.
How long are these cars permitted to remain foreign registered, and perhaps more important to British car drivers, just how valid is their insurance in this country?
If one were involved in an accident with such a car, could one make a claim on their insurance, and how?
