SIR - If Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's and Waitrose are vying for a place in the Myrtle Walk 5 Rise complex, left, there can't be much wrong with the proposed £8 million Bingley Shopping Centre.
Going by an artist's impression (T&A, November 23) it will bright, modern and attractive but certainly not garish.
Regardless of those critiquing modernity, compared to the present-day Myrtle Walk, it will look fabulous.
