SNOW plays havoc with your photography. Cameras often under expose snowy scenes because their exposure meters cannot deal with the unrelenting white.
Rob Atkins over-exposed this scene to get the white of the Whernside fencing just right.
And Nicola Chippendale’s photo balances the white of the snow against the colourful sky to great effect.
