SIR - I read with interest the item in Past Times' about Duckett Lane, just above Bradford city centre, that has been left to rot for over 50 years (T&A, July 28).
Why not turn this small area, with its ancient cobbled street, into a living museum, with working shops from the olden days selling old fashioned' produce to visitors?
Also, maybe, horse and cart rides for the children, with hoops and sticks and whip and tops for them to buy?
Of course, I know that it will never happen and Duckett Lane will remain the same until it's pulled down, more's the pity.
