SIR - So they have finally done it. Our city leaders have achieved the dizzy heights of a "No star rating" again while Mr Greenwood and his party have repeatedly refused to take part in the governing of our city, even when offered the opportunity.
Apart from their constant barrage of complaints, and ineffectual opposition to the Con/Lib coalition, we see no alternative policies, so cannot assess whether his group would do any better.
Is this based on the policy, that they don't have to propose anything until elected, if ever. My main point however, looking at the chart for the distribution of this £28,000,000 I see that one per cent is denoted as, "individual person".
Someone somewhere receives a cool £280,000, while some of the causes listed receive the same or less.
