SIR - The fanatics who burned the flag of England should be arrested and charged with racial incitement.
If I burned an Islamic flag, I would be arrested and charged.
Doesn't the law and the police realise that by standing by and doing nothing, they are making race relations worse and causing a greater divide between the two communities?
