SIR - Having every sympathy towards the regeneration Bradford, something puzzles me.

There seems to be an inordinate amount of greenbelt land being used for the building of so called business parks to create employment opportunities, the latest being West Bowling Golf Course.

Other, already established, business parks I see still remain half empty and unused.

Does this mean the only business opportunities are for the builders and the fat cat property owners?

Why build on green belt land when there are areas, such as the old woolcombers site at Fairweather Green and others like it?

In my own area the land around Chellow Dene is earmarked for building upwards of 400 houses. You could get three times that amount on the Woolcombers site and surrounding area.
