SIR - Every English family is now paying an average of over £350-a-year for taxpayers services and perks only available in Scotland.
The Scots receive more than £7 billion in extra public spending every year.
The tax bonanza from south of the border is now being poured into a host of free services from cancer drugs to university tuition, that are not available in England.
Last year spending per head on public services was £6,762 in England but £8,260 in Scotland.
Wales benefits from a similar agreement, allowing all prescriptions to be made free in the principality.
