SIR - Hurrah for the "Angry Old Men" who regularly write letters to the T&A. As they always write about the same few topics, I offer a standardised letter, with tick boxes, as a more efficient way for them to vent their curmudgeonly spleen. Here it is.

Bradford Council is useless. It should forget about city centre lakes and parks - that's not what made Bradford great - and refurbish the Odeon, possibly as a cross-town railway station and post office.

We are under the tyrannical jackpot of the EU. It's worse than being occupied by the Nazis.

In the past Bradford was vastly superior to Leeds; indeed it was up there with Paris, New York and Rome, but now it's had it.

There was no crime in Bradford in the past, because we were all caned at school every day and hanged by Albert Pierrepoint if we were really naughty.
