SIR – We all know that in general traffic congestion gets increasingly worse, as more and more cars etc, clog our roads up.

Surely if the Carnegie Library (now disused and decaying) were to be demolished, it could make way for a large roundabout to be erected at the junction at the bottom of Crag Road, and Carr Lane, Shipley.

This would no doubt end the matter of traffic chaos, at this bottleneck at least. Bradford Council, please note!
