No surprise that jihadis among Med migrants
SIR – Shock and horror! Our Government and security services believe there is a chance that there may be ISIS terrorists hidden amongst the so called immigrants crossing the Mediterranean from North Africa.
They should be awarded an honours degree in Stating the Obvious!
Once in Europe, with its porous borders and ludicrous passport controls, they will travel at will to the targets of their choice and our alleged refusal to take our quota of immigrants will be seen for the joke it actually is; no doubt they will be given a council house and put on benefits without delay.
The border controls should start at the North African coast and any boat capable of people smuggling should be sunk.
