I agree with John Hall that we are the most sued in the Court of Human Rights, for whereas elsewhere common sense prevails,we are classed as a soft touch whereby the flawed legislation is manipulated by legal entrepreneurs to benefit the self styled victims.
He implies that the ongoing problem is Bradford Council’s fault because they fear confrontation and lack the resource to prosecute.
This is belied by their genuine efforts and the amount already spent to no avail because they are legally stymied.
