SIR – Not for the first time Mr Hindle (Letters, March 16) misinterprets the whole point of my correspondence with his obsession about the super rich. Let me try once again.
Recently a friend of mine smilingly reminded me that we are both yesterday’s men. However, that does not stop me being solely concerned about the future welfare of my loving and supportive family and others like it.
I reminded myself of the effusive congratulations Miliband gave to Francois Hollande as his Socialist party assumed power. He is keeping very quiet on the subject now though as France descends into financial meltdown pursuing their disastrous policies Ed will impose on us given the opportunity.
Also I have never suggested which party the electors should vote for, merely expressing my valid reasons as to why they should not vote Labour.
Tax, borrow and spend is imprinted into the psyche of Socialists. Of national wealth creation necessary to fund public assistance we hear not a single word.
