Repair ‘first failure’ in road surfacing action
SIR - The re-surfacing of Cottingley New Road is not yet complete yet we have our first “repair” patch in the new surface.
I suspect that this repair will be the first failure in the road surface.
I wonder what action if any our Council will take to prevent the future cost of this problem falling on the shoulders of the Bradford ratepayers.
