Council makes excuses over street lighting
SIR – What does it take for street lighting to be working efficiently on Spring Holes Lane?
At present there are two street lights out (one since just after Christmas).
The council’s excuses are varied, but of no urgency. Perhaps there will be more response if someone is attacked or a car badly damaged in the pitch black that we call Spring Holes Lane.
