Bigotry is nothing new in the human condition
SIR - (T&A, Letters, March 2, Fading UKIP). Accusation is made of bigotry by UKIP, maybe/maybe not, bigotry has been and still is within the human race in all areas, no more so than religion so let’s not be too sanctimonious!
The article also states that figures don’t lie in relation to UKIP popularity.
Surely a somewhat naive statement in view of the fact that it was stated many years ago that planet earth was flat and people believed it!
Figures and statistics are not absolute truths!
