Labour created conditions for crisis
SIR - I totally agree with Christopher Hindle, (Letters, December 23), that the last, (“New”), Labour Government did not create the last Financial Crisis. How could they have done – unless ministers were moonlighting as traders?
They did however, create the conditions for it through poor regulation and by embracing some of the worst aspects of capitalism – while doing their actual jobs!
