Treatment is terrible
SIR – With regard to: ‘Brutes who threw cat into dogs den’ (T&A, May 21) and ‘city children need to have empathy’ (T&A, May 23), it was Mahatma Gandhi five-time Nobel Peace Prize nominee who said: “The greatness of a nation can be judged by the way their animals are treated.”
