Stand against ‘tax’
SIR – There can be few things that more epitomise everything Tony Benn fought all his life than the ‘bedroom tax’.
Tenants have reportedly killed themselves due to this scrooge scheme, so on Saturday unite community will demonstrate outside the world’s most expensive residence on Hyde Park in West London.
Flats there cost £68 million each and it seems some are not even occupied.
So remember Tony Benn at lunchtime on Saturday and demonstrate against this obscene symbol of a divided society.
