First-class care
SIR – In the current climate of concern about the NHS, services in Bradford can still deliver five-star treatment.
From my local GP’s surgery, consultant and his team, nurses and all staff on BRI Ward 5 on Friday, January 10, and Ward 20 on Saturday, January 11, everyone was thoroughly caring and professional.
At each stage of the process I was listened to and given all the information I needed, and so could approach my operation and aftercare with trust and confidence. Thank you to all who deliver such a great health service in Bradford.
