SIR – As an avid Bradford City fan I implore Nahki Wells not to leave the club during this transfer window.
He is worshipped by the City fans and plays in front of 14,000 to 19,000 fans every home game. Leaving would not guarantee him a regular place in a championship club and he would also miss his strike partner James Hanson.
City have fantastic fans, some of the best in the leagues, so stick with us, Nahki, and get promoted maybe this year if not next year.
Money isn’t everything – if you’re happy with your colleagues and fans, why move?
Also a big mention to the T&A for your excellent coverage by Simon Parker of our club and also Tim Thornton for the radio coverage, especially last year. You both did the club proud.
