SIR – David Cameron solemnly promised no more musical chairs of change with the NHS. After seeing a permanent Maoist-style “revolution” and “reforms” to the NHS since Thatcher, I was tired and fed up of billions wasted in endless reorganisations.

Since elected he has done a U-turn and inflicted a major top-down “reform” of the NHS costing more than £3,000 million. What a waste of public money.

The modern Conservative party is very good at wasting money. Meanwhile the T&A is full of local stories where there is supposed to be lack of Government money.
