SIR – Could I suggest that Councillor Alyas Karman is being rather dramatic saying he is putting his neck on the line and will get death threats by suggesting that the EDL should be banned.
Could I ask him if he will support a ban on the individuals who demonstrated in an extremely hostile fashion when the coffins of fallen British soldiers were taken through Wooton Bassett on the way to their respective funerals?
