SIR - I believe everyone should stop discussing pathetic issues like the Muslim veil. It's the freedom of dress code. Are there not more important issues to consider?
Besides, when somebody decides to walk the streets with bare legs and an exposed cleavage no-one seems to object, whereas such shameless dress codes open the door to indecent gazes and cohabitation.
Such immodesty is endangering the human race of the sacredness of modesty.
If the Quranic command of women covering their beauty from those less-related to them is followed, then the nation will be saved from losing its much deserved honour and modesty.
