SIR – My three-month-old son was admitted to ward 17 at the BRI over the new year period suffering from bronchiolitis.
The treatment he received from A&E, the assessment unit on ward 16 and then the staff on ward 17 was fantastic.
At every level on the ward, from cleaners to ward sister, I witnessed a great sense of pride and commitment from everyone to make sure our stay was comfortable.
My son is now on the road to recovery and I am so grateful for the NHS we have in this country.
