So, whether you want to do an at-home 30-minute abs workout, strengthen your upper body or be inspired by spicy, vegetarian and low-calorie meals for the family, there’s a whole world of wellbeing waiting for you as part of your Newsquest Rewards membership.
Through the Wellbeing Centre, you can have access to many resources providing education, support and tools to help you live a happier, healthier life, because your wellbeing matters.
These include:
Move
Move brings together a selection of the best exercise videos to help you meet your fitness goals.
We showcase a new video, provided by Classpass, every week so you’ve always got a new way to challenge yourself.
Personalise your workout to suit your routine and preference whether you love yoga or you’re bonkers for boxing.
After your workout, you can brush up on some important exercise and health advice too so you can learn more about how to best look after your body.
Munch
If you’re tired of the same old meals or you don’t know what to have for dinner tonight, head to Munch for some inspiration!
This is where you’ll find a wealth of tasty recipes to try, provided by Hello Fresh.
You can experiment with the new recipe of the day or browse the recipe selection according to your tastes, routine and dietary requirements.
Once you’ve cooked up a storm in the kitchen, put your feet up and learn more about how diet and nutrition supports our health and wellbeing in our featured articles.
Money
Have a browse through Munch where you can get the latest expert guides, tips and tools to help you manage your money better and improve your financial wellbeing.
Whether you need advice for budgeting and spending, credit and borrowing or investing, saving and even your financial needs during retirement, there’s plenty of help available through Newsquest Reward’s Wellbeing Centre.
You can also use our money tools including loan, pension and mortgage affordability calculators, or a budget planner to maintain your finances in a way that suits your lifestyle.
Mind
Need some relaxation? Spend time using Mind, a collection of mindfulness audios and tips to reduce stress, increase productivity and help you sleep better.
Make the most of meditation tracks, such as affirmations to focus, breath awareness, creating calm and confronting fear.
You can also read through featured articles - a beginner's guide to relaxing, a crash course to a better sleep and many more.
Or you can focus on your health and learn how to look after your body better by reading guides which show you how to spot the signs of breast cancer and how to protect your posture at home, to name a few.
