SIR - The T&A (October 14) rightly queries the cost of West Yorkshire Mayor Tracy Brabin's week-long trip to Nashville, USA, said to be a "trade mission".
A WYCA spokesperson said that the Mayor is a "formidable force for the region". Well, they would say that, wouldn't they.
They refused to disclose the cost of the trip, stating that they were "unable to provide a full or approximate costing while the trade mission is underway".
But surely they have a budgeted cost for the visit? How much might that be? We deserve to be told.
