SIR - I would be interested to know how many of the excessively numerous medals worn by King Charles he has actually earned or won, rather than been given just because of his royal status!
If I had been one of those WWII veterans attending the D Day remembrance day, who risked my life to save the world and the Royal Family, and really earned the medals I bore on my chest, I would have felt insulted by his unbelievable and arrogant display of ignorance.
A one time royal supporter who now is disgusted with them, especially Charles!
