Sacked retail staff at a well-known furniture store which closed after its parent company went into liquidation are hoping new owners will re-open the site and give them their jobs back.
The John Peters store at Guiseley is among five outlets being closed following the liquidation of previous owner Business Dream Ltd. which had substantial debts, including £1.4 million in unpaid rent and more than £475,000 owed to HM Revenue and Customs.
