Clinical software firm TPP, which has twice been named as one of the best companies to work for, is continuing a recruitment drive for the fourth consecutive year.
The Horsforth-based business, a major supplier to the NHS, is looking to take on eight more staff in a variety of roles before Christmas and plans to continue recruiting next year.
TPP has defied the recession and doubled in size over the past two years and is one course to increase its workforce to 200 It is seeking graduates as software engineers, system administrators and clinical trainers.
The latest recruitment comes after five new employees joined the company in the last month.
Among these was James Knights, a Kings College graduate who joined as a software engineer, who said he was attracted by TAP’s vibrant culture, opportunities for career development and good benefits.
TPP was voted number one for pay and benefits in the Sunday Times national best companies questionnaire.
The firm provides staff with free fitness classes, fresh fruit, free haircuts, therapeutic massages and a relaxed working environment with casual dress. It has a company–wide Christmas party and a birthday event in September.
Established in 1998, TPP has become the UK leader in clinical systems.
