A significant increase in market share has led to the expansion of estate agency Dacre Son & Hartley’s Ilkley operation .
The firm has appointed three extra staff made three appointments.
The firm said it had increased its market share in both the residential and commercial property markets.
This included quadrupling turnover in the lettings department.
Sally Drysdale, Stephanie Render and Sophie Smyth have joined the firm.
Sally Drysdale has been appointed as a senior sales negotiator in the Wharfe Valley.
Stephanie Render has joined as marketing manager from regional development agency Yorkshire Forward, while chartered surveyor Sophie Smyth has joined the land and development arm of Dacres Commercial as an associate.
