Airport bosses have played the ‘good fairy’ for producers of a local pantomime by donating children’s goodies to be given away during performances this week.
Leeds-Bradford International Airport provided the giveaways for children attending Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs, at Yeadon Town Hall.
The pantomime is produced and organised by Yeadon Charities Association and runs until Sunday. Money raised will go towards community activities in Yeadon, including an annual pensioners’ trip. Tony Hallwood, Leeds-Bradford Airport’s commercial director, said: “We are delighted to join forces with this great local charity.
“The pantomime’s production and performers are first-class with money raised from the shows going to worthwhile local causes.
“We now look forward to working closely with Yeadon Charities’ Association in the coming year on a number of community projects.”
