Two estate agencies with branches across West Yorkshire have triumphed at the industry’s national awards.
Ilkley-based Dacre, Son and Hartley was named best medium-sized estate agency in the North only a month after its new homes division was a finalist in a national industry awards.
The Sequence group, which owns the William H Brown agency, won the best financial agency title at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards.
Dacre’s head of residential sales, Patrick McCutcheon, said: “The award is a huge achievement and it reinforces our position both at the forefront of our industry and across all the disciplines we operate in, including sales, lettings, surveying and financial services.”
The firm also took the Bronze award for the best medium estate agency across the UK.
The Sequence Group also collected awards in the Best UK Large Agency and Best Lettings categories and was shortlisted for its customer care and technology and website.
Mark Sugden, of William H Brown in Bradford, said: “We are absolutely delighted that this year we have once again achieved accolades for our sales, lettings and financial services and that our commitment to customer care has also been recognised.”
