Malcolm Cohen has been appointed general manager at Colin Appleyard Cars in Shipley, one of the country’s top Suzuki dealerships.
With more than 30 years’ experience in the motor trade, Malcolm leads a team of three salesmen and two mechanics.
Before joining Appleyards, Malcolm worked for a number of car dealers in Yorkshire as well as spending time with Renault UK. He said: “In today’s difficult trading conditions good customer service is absolutely crucial. One of the things that attracted me to Colin Appleyard was their excellent reputation for looking after customers, many of whom return time and time again.
“As well as new car sales I see a real opportunity to develop used car sales here in Shipley, particularly through the internet. There is no doubt people today will travel for the right car at the right price.”
