Workers at a Baildon-based industrial and commercial equipment supplier have raised more than £1,500 for Breast Cancer Campaign.
A team of employees at Slingsby held a range of events, including a 118-mile cycle ride in ten hours.
The ride saw four teams of cyclists complete a relay-style ride along the Leeds Liverpool Canal (pictured). Other events to support the Wear It Pink day, organised by Breast Cancer Campaign, included a raffle, cake making and a car wash.
Dominic Slingsby, managing director of the company, said “All these fundraising events have been great fun and gave everyone in our organisation the opportunity to use their imagination and come up with a way of supporting Breast Cancer Campaign.”
