Top chef Karl Reader is to run a Skipton bistro next to the town’s new £4 million Copper Dragon brewery.
Karl and wife Marie, who ran Bay Horse at Fence, near Burnley, for more than 12 years, are now running the recently-opened Copper Dragon bistro off Keighley Road.
The traditional menu features local ingredients, including Copper Dragon ale.
Steve Taylor, Copper Dragon managing director, said: “We’ve only been opened a week or so and have already got repeat bookings and many recommendations.”
