PROVIDENT FINANCIAL

Established in 1880, Provident Financial is one of the UK's leading suppliers of personal credit products to the non-standard lending market. They say: "Since the beginning of 2014 we have recruited a total of 331 people for both Provident Financial and CCD in our Head Office. The recruitment has been for roles across the business; however a large proportion has come from our increased demand for call operators. We have recruited 150 call operators across our three brands in CCD, as well as moving people internally from one brand to another. In that time only 54 people have left the business; 17 of these from the call centre. This shows that the roles we produce, training and investment we make in people, and the company culture engages employees into the business and their roles."
