SKIPTON Building Society has clinched another customer service excellence accolade.
The society was named winner of the customer focus award for large enterprise in the Institute of Customer Service UK customer satisfaction awards.
Ian Cornelius, Skipton’s commercial director, said: “We aim to give our customers a brilliant experience and put them at the heart of everything we do as a building society.
Decisions that are made by the Skipton are very much influenced by engagement with our customers. This is why the ICS award is so important to us. It means we are doing the right thing for our customers.
“Everyone at Skipton is helping to evolve the Society into something really special and others are recognising this.
"There is an overwhelming sense of pride within the society about winning this award but we are also aware that we must continue to focus on giving our customers an excellent service.”
