STEPHEN Moore has joined PwC’s Yorkshire deals team as a partner to lead its M&A business across the region.

He has 15 years experience working on M&A, disposals, IPOs and restructuring work, including working with FTSE 250 and 350 listed companies, mid-market private equity houses and private businesses in the UK.
