A BRADFORD-based communications firms has become the only company to win a global partnership award for the second time.
Lily Comms won a ‘’best partner’ award for the second year running from telecommunications giant Ericsson-LG at a recent global conference in Mexico.
The firm, based at the Headway Business Centre, provides IT and telephone systems and was recognised for exceptional performance, growth and capability.
The Ericsson accolade followed three other award wins by Lily Comms, which has also been a finalist in two other industry competitions.
Owners of the firm, Adrian Jackson and Chris Morrisey, attributed their success to their ambitious growth plans, and a continually improving product portfolio.
Adrian Jackson said: “We have invested a significant amount of time, resource and finance into building the business over the past year. We have doubled our sales force and increased our marketing activity, which has helped to push the company forward. We place a high emphasis on the customer experience and have made changes to improve how we interact with our customers.
“The communications industry is constantly changing. With the support of our suppliers, Pragma, we ensure that we have our fingers on the pulse in terms of the product portfolio we are able to offer customers.
“We are proud to be a key UK partner and are delighted to be once again recognised for our efforts.”
