HEALTHCARE communications firm V-Connect has become a national award contender after winning a regional accolade for partnership.
The Saltaire-based company, which produces videos to better connect health and care professionals, won the partnership with NHS category at the Medilink Yorkshire and Humber Awards, held in partnership with the Yorkshire and Humber Academic Health Science Network. to celebrate the achievements of healthcare technology and related life sciences companies from across the region.
The partnership award is given to a company for its collaboration with the NHS that has, or will have, a major impact or benefit on business performance or patient care.
Adam Hoare, V-Connect managing director, said : “It’s great that the award recognises partnership as we believe the future for healthcare is more about partnership and collaboration rather than transactional behaviour – that’s the way the NHS needs to move forward.”
V-Connect will be considered for entry into the Medilink UK Awards.
